InspireTech

Develop capability. Enable access. Connect outcomes.

InspireTech works with industry, education and the public sector to expand access to experiences, technology and connections.

What we do

InspireTech works across three interconnected areas.

Experiences
DEVELOPExisting delivery

Experiences

Experiences builds capability through real-world work: applied programs set with industry partners. Participants take on real briefs, often alongside the people who set them, and finish with a result they can show. Examples include industry challenges, workshops, school-board programs and Moonshot, an Experiences program.

Prism
ENABLEOperational

Prism

Prism puts advanced software and computing tools within reach, with support. Set-up and support are agreed with each partner, so a school, program or team does not have to build and run the environment itself. Software availability, licensing and requirements are confirmed before access is promised.

TalentThread
CONNECTIn development

TalentThread

TalentThread is being developed as a continuing record of experience. People control what they share, and organizations confirm what they directly know: participation, completion or assessed work. Taking part alone is never treated as proof of capability. The aim is to keep capability visible over time and to support earlier conversations with industry, based on evidence each person chooses to share. No one is scored or ranked.

How we work

Start with the problem. Use the capability you need. Each offering can stand alone, or they can work together. An employer can set a challenge that runs as an Experiences program, for example, with Prism supplying the tools participants need. The three can also be combined around a broader workforce, education or economic-development goal. We start each engagement by agreeing four things with you. Where TalentThread is involved, its workflows and reporting would be co-designed.

  1. 01
The objective — What should change, and for whom.
  2. 02
The participants — Who takes part, and which partners are involved.
  3. 03
The scope — Which offerings, roles and timeline.
  4. 04
The measures — What will be reported, and to whom, agreed before launch. Software, licensing and budget are confirmed when the engagement is scoped.
